Our approach

We aim to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, descriptive headings, labeled form fields, useful image descriptions, and clear form status messages. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design target, not a claim that the whole site has been independently certified or fully audited.

Current features and limits

The site includes a skip link, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, and labeled multistep forms. The directory and forms require JavaScript and an internet connection. Some external services and browser or assistive-technology combinations may behave differently. We have not completed a comprehensive assistive-technology audit.
